春分の日とは、、、
「自然をたたえ、生物をいつくしむ」という意味がある国民の祝日です!
簡単に言えばご先祖様に感謝をする日。

春分の日にすること、、、
・お墓参りをする
・ぼた餅を食べる
・種まきをしたり豊作を祈願する などなど

また、春分の日に食べる「ぼた餅」ですが、
名前の由来は春の花「牡丹(ぼたん)」からきてます。
ぼた餅と似た「おはぎ」を食べると勘違いされてる方も多いのではないでしょう

Last night international chest day. Wasnt going too heavy. Was trying to go for reps and quality.  Make sure to get a good stretch of the muscles with a squeeze.
