New block, new stuff. Recovering from a shoulder tweak and was finally able to bench again. Started with super light Spoto 5x5’s @ 50% (90 kg, 198 lbs.). Had some shrugs programmed as well, 5x10 working up to 405 lb. Lots of other accessories to help

3.26.19 HUUUUGE PR today. 2x5 at 280, 2x5 at 260. prior to today (even pre-injury) 275x3 and 325x1 were the highest i’d gone. some baby closed grip bench 3x3 @ 85. set up felt a lot better today.. looking forward to my next heavier bench day.
